Known in Japan as imo karintō, our all-natural Japanese Sweet Potato Chips feature two delectable varieties of sweet potatoes grown in the rich soil of trusted Japanese farms — crimson-and-gold Beni Haruka and deep-purple Murasaki Imo — with a touch of sugarcane from Tanegashima.

At our workshop in Kōbe we cut our sweet potatoes to just the right thickness and kettle cook small batches of chips with care in Japanese rice bran oil to produce their perfect crunch and delicious, rustic flavor.
