Order Changes or Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to help with the change or cancellation if your order has not been fulfilled or shipped. We cannot accept order changes or cancellations after your order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Item

If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days after the delivery date so we can make it right.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to change the address if your order has not been fulfilled or shipped. We cannot accept shipping address changes after your order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Shipment Lost in Transit

If your shipment was lost in transit, please contact us within 15 days after the estimated delivery date so we can make it right.
